In addition to the questions I asked previously, I wonder if you’re using a US-based Amazon Alexa account, as topics like Camera not supported in Alexa routine?, Alexa Wyze Skill for Outside North America, and some others come to mind, and I’ve read that users in places like Canada are somehow using US-based Amazon accounts as a work-around.
