I did some additional testing today. I thought multiple camera types had this issue, but all I could confirm as that the Outdoor V2 camera produces the double audible alerts/notification (though only a single one exists in the app).
I tested Cam V2, Cam V3, Cam V3 Pro and did not receive a double audible alert, they all worked as expected.
Both Outdoor V1 and V2 models have been giving double push notifications per event. Itās gotten to where Iām getting two notifications even for just ācomplete motion detectedā
I submitted two more log files. These are for delayed notifications, not duplicate audio alerts. Both issues started at the same time and are likely related.
I was unable to select both cameras that had delayed notifications in the same log file. One being a V2 the other a V3 Cam.
Iāve submitted logs for mine as well. Iāve been getting double event notifications through the Android app and also double person detected announcements on my Alexa devices. Itās been driving me absolutely bonkers for at least 6 months and Iām about ready to ditch Wyze since Iāve contacted you all about it previously and nobody ever got back to me after I submitted logs. Iāll include the previous submission as well in case it helps. Iām also not sure if the different options produce different logs for you all so just in case I sent multiple:
