I have been getting charged for both (1) cam lite monthly and unlimited (yearly) for a few years now. The Wyze app only shows the unlimited membership only until I logged into the actual website does it show I’m also paying for lite monthly services.
has anyone experienced a service not showing up on the app?
No,I have both and they both show up in the app for me, but I’m on Android. Might be an iOS specific thing. Possibly a bug, possibly related to something with Apple App store royalty requirements…since CPLite has never been allowed to be signed up for through the app, it’s possible Apple doesn’t want it to show up there and will only allow them to show subscription that are registered in their app store for potential extortion royalties. I’m just speculating though.

For me, when I go to the “Services” page, it only shows Cam Unlimited on the main screen, but at the top right there is a little arrow with 3 lines and if I click on that, then it shows Cam Plus lite on a second tab called “Other Services” but it shows up there. Will you check and verify that? I’m guessing it’s just on that second tab and you were just expecting it to show up on the same page as Cam Unlimited.
Note that Wyze has been making a lot of effort to tell people with Cam Unlimited they should cancel CPLite since they don’t need it anymore, but you should be aware that it’s a grandfathered plan, so if you DO cancel it, it will be gone FOREVER. If you ever stop using Cam Unlimited, you can never get CPLite back ever again for any price. They are trying to discontinue it. This is why I keep mine on there even though they keep suggesting I cancel it because I don’t “need it” anymore.
You are correct, why would it be hidden the way it is? I would think it’s a service and show up with the services. Who would think there is “other services” if you hit the 3 dots. Thanks for your help, appreciate it. I attached a screenshot.
I agree with you that there is no reason to have a separate page of “other services” instead of putting them all on the same page. I think that’s terrible design.

The list of bad design choices with Wyze is very loooong!
I think their rationale was to put all actively promoted main subscriptions on the main page, and all other grandfathered or a la-carte subscriptions on a sort of add-on or grandfathered page. For example, my sprinkler Plus subscription is also on the “other” page.
It would be slightly better if they renamed the pages and made it a little more obvious that there was a second a tab. Maybe something like “primary subscriptions” and alacarte subscriptions or something with a clear UI to a second page.
