FYI I bought and installed this Wireless Doorbell Extender with Receiver Connects to Existing Hardwired Doorbell into Wireless Door Bell with 656 FT Range, 58 Chimes and 5 Volume Levels for Garage/Basement (1 Extender 2 Receiver） - Amazon.com from Amazon and it works great with the system. Since the doorbell rings the traditional chime this responds to the signal and rings the two remote electronic chimes. Between this and the link to Alexa announcing when the doorbell is pushed (tbh it / Alexa only works / announces about 50% of the time) I don’t usually miss doorbell rings anymore.
Wi-Fi Chime maybe what I’ll end up getting…
I tried the extender but it rings so faint, even with the volume turned all the way up! Unless I’ve wired it incorrectly - I assume you left the original chime wired as well?
