Doorbell chime schedule resets itself

i opened a case with wyze. They instructed me to do a factory reset and remove / add devices. back in application. it is working fine for the last two weeks.

Of course it didn’t lol

I have done that before, the problem comes back…

Same here. I ended up removing this device and replacing it with Doorbell v2 and I haven’t had any issues for about a year now.

I’m in the exact same scenario with random resets to a 4 minute period of time in the evening.

This is still going on for me, very frustrating…

Wyze, are you working on this at all?

Still happening to me. New phone so not app cache

Same here. I also have a new phone, and noticed we haven’t heard the doorbell in a while. I checked the app and sure enough, the start and stop time are within a few minutes of each other… What a weird bug
