I need 1 camera to be replaced.
4 out of 5 cameras have this problem - initially I thought only 3 but now retested all of them again and realized that I actually missed one.
Today Iāve received replacements for 3 cameras and they work as they should.

Iāve also opened a ticket I believe to be the same issue for 4 new cameras. Ticket is 256986 but I am no longer at the address from my order. I was travelling and sent them to myself at a hotel. I hope support doesnāt auto-send replacements to the same addressā¦
You should get an email from support (the non-automated kind) where they ask what troubleshooting youāve done (you know, standard spiel) and where you want them sent. At least, did.

No more aggravation in trying to determine whatās wrong with our little gems!!!
Iāve opened a ticket for the remaining bad camera.
Dante at Wyze support initially has offered a replacement and asked for the usual order info.
Now Iāve got an email from him saying that heās retracting the offer and has no other response at the moment.
OK, then. Wonder what itās all aboutā¦
Iād guess it was some kinda miscommunication.
The cam is faulty and will be replaced under warranty.

Will you be pulling that batch from Amazon
Those of us purchasing via Amazon from outside the US where returns are not always viable, would be happy to know when this batch is flushed from the sales channel
Just got one bad one, would like to ensure doesnāt happen again
Whilst I havenāt opened it to confirm missing resistor, all symptoms match ( i.e existing SD cards from other V2s wonāt work, no bing bong)

I have recieved my 2nd set of cameras.
Same problemā¦ no recordings.
Standard cam & pan cam. Purchased wyze card and sandisk card.
What folders should be on the card ? I only have timelapse folder and thats empty. I formatted the card in my laptop and In the cam.
Any other suggestions?

I think you may have a different issue, this thread is about known good SD cards just not being recognised by the camera at all.
if you are getting some folders then at least the camera has seen the card and is able to write to it
might be better to start your own specific thread, if Search doesnāt throw up anything related to your symptoms
