Deleted Base Station from the app and now it won't connect at all

The only use for the base would be if you deleted from your account while it is still connected to the router and on-line you could give or sell it to another WYZE member in need of a base. Both the camera and the base should be deleted from your account while they are still on-line, camera FIRST.
