Customer Service By Phone

Is there any way to contact support by phone to initiate a return other than submitting a ticket and hoping someone will read it in 48-72 hours before your 30-day return period is up? I’ve searched all over the site and if this is the only way to do it (and after reading other forum posts) I have very little faith in the process and would like to talk to an actual person. Thanks!

Ask them for a ticket number and give them you eMail address.
They usu. send en eMail with the RMA number and return label.
