I am trying to return part of my recent order because I don’t need as many sensors as I thought. But the site just keeps giving me the run around. I never get to file a service ticket so I can enter the info for the return! Why would a company have a support system that just keeps looping around it’s self? I should be able to just click on file a return, fill out the form, get a return number or better yet print a return label.
