Return authorization

I’ve been unsuccessful in getting return authorization when following online procedure. I get the message that my email message was sent to a non-monitored address in response to my sent email message and that I should go to help support. I seem to be in a loop and getting nowhere. Very frustrating.

Why is it that so many users have to come to the forum and get the Mavens/Moderators to intervene in support requests? Too many times I’ve seen that one or the other forwards a support issue to “someone at Wyze” and usually, bam the issue is resolved. This seems like a poor method of support and indicates a malfunctioning support program.
