No response from Wyze for a return?

Can anyone help? I’ve been trying to return my 2 thermostats that I could never get set up or any call backs from support and I’m not getting any sort of response whatsoever.

I would recommend calling Wyze support

I would recommend staying on the phone to contact Wyze Support at +1 (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT, & Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT (add 3 hours for ET times).

The 844 number should work too.
