I have been trying to get Wyze support to replace my Thermostat because it does not work any more. I submitted a case and all I got from them was one of those reponses that is obviously one of those canned copy and paste responses that did not even pay attention to what I put in the case notes. Then I responded and said “none of this works because it won’t even power up after it worked fine for months. I need an RMA.” After that I never got a response and am continuing to not get a response. Is there a Wyze employee monitoring the forum that can help, since there are also no phone numbers to call for support?
