My GOD! Getting support is like a CIRCUS!

Having a problem with a new Camera sounding like rain through the audio. Put in a ticket with support but trying to find it now is utterly ridiculous!!!
Up until NOW I loved everything Wyze but this sucks trying to get help!!!

Yup, I’ve been approved for an RMA for a v3 camera and have been waiting for 11 days now to get the return shipping label. I’ll be calling them again this weekend if I don’t have my label tomorrow.

@Brlepage Yes, the RMA label I have been waiting on is tied to ticket: 1010334
It’s for a v3 cam.

I’ll be calling WYZE tomorrow, so don’t go nuts looking into it.

I just got off the phone with Aaron. He stated that my case has already been escalated and dug into it a bit more for me. He asked me to wait until this coming Wednesday and if I don’t have my return shipping label by then I should call back. This coming Wednesday will make 13 business days since my request and 19 calendar days since my initial call for RMA/camera swap on 1/23/2021. I would say the subject line of this thread is spot on.

I was telling everybody about WYZE but no more

They grew too fast their approach with the original cam was too slow now they’ve done the exact opposite. In the past 12 months they came out with several products. Quality is poor and service response sucks!
