Confusing/misleading billing subscription information

Seems “My services” at Wyze Services is providing misleading (at least confusing) billing information & should be rectified if it’s not accurate.

Recently enrolled for cam plus promo with reduced price for 1st month and 9.99 subsequently. However when I go to services it shows 0.10/month (I just have enabled 1 camera on it), making me believe that I would be charged only 0.10 since it says “bills on” or “billed at” & not 9.99 (that’s misleading to customers if they will be charged 9.99 irrespective of how many cameras they enable on the service).
If its 0.10 then its good, else the information provided to customers on this page should clearly indicate the charges for upcoming month, not an amount which is never going to be charged.
Also unlimited cameras is not same as 99 (its moot, however contradictory information).

I’ll pass this on to someone.
I’m sure it’s an oversight, but it definitely needs to be fixed because it implies things that are not accurate/clear.

I’m not one to pay attention to my auto renew subscriptions but did look the other day cuz my buddy was asking how much I pay for wyze and saw that they started charging me more then before… Can they just raise prices like that without your consent?
