I was paying 7.99 / month for cam plus unlimied. In August, I began to be charged 9.99 without any notification to me. I’ve been trying to connect with an agent to cancel, but it looks like a chat window opens with a spinning circle and never connects.
Anyone else sign up at 7.99 and was increased to 9.99?

Yes, i was on cam plus unlimited for 7.99, then two months ago it went up to 9.99.
That might’ve been a promotion that expired.

I am in the same boat as Www, when I signed up for the promotion it did not state it was a 12-month offer. On the other hand, the wording on the offer stated " Get Unlimited Plan and save $24 a year" which implies it is more than one one-year offer.
There was no small script on the email that stated it was a 12 month offer. I am trying to get in contact with them to get it corrected. I have a second ticket open for more than two weeks now. No one is willing to give me a callback. They closed the first ticket without solving the issue.
Thinking I was covered under the $7.99 plan, I purchased more devices over the year.
I do not like how Wyze has handled the situation and had hoped for better support from them.
