Just had a real world example here. The motion within the zone seems to have been triggered by a shadow - and the cause of that shadow was a person detected beyond that defined zone (moving horizontally and NOT entering the zone). In my opinion this is the perfect behavior and the clip was accurately called a person and announced through Alexa.
Well, you have the right to your wrong opinion.
Nothing outside the detection zone should trigger any type of motion event. Otherwise the detection zone is useless.

how do i get to talk to customer service. i ordered 7 subscriptions, then found it doeasnt work w v1 cams. i edited my order down to 4, but never got a refund. worst part is i have not received 1 notification on any one of 7 cams since i signed up!!!

Wyze is NOT available on Saturdays, I received a “NO Customer Service Members are available, please call back during Service Hours”. This was not one call, but 8 over the whole “Saturday Hours” schedule.
Please correct your advertised support, it is, again for clarity, NOT available on Saturday.
This is NOT a good look Wyze!! The repeated proclamation in this thread that they are available is beyond frustrating.

I have double checked and they are available on Saturdays, but just to be sure I will call them this Saturday just to be sure.
For those of us who just finished the free trial, there seems to be no option to sign up for any recording option. I’m I missing something?

There is only a text box that describes the bundle, but I can’t click on anything to buy it.
