Mine initially failed to run the default schedule after the update to 1.0.8. I created a new schedule on a hunch and it has been running the new schedule consistently this week. Hopefully it’s consistent from here on out.
After upgrade to 1.0.8 firmware the controller ran on schedule (set to run on even days) one time on 24th yesterday. But failed to run yesterday. Quick run is still working. Log 518970.
@Shanee I did a random quick run last night, successfully, do you want reports of, and logs for successful runs, or not? I’m on 1.0.8

Weird, I unplugged and replugged my sprinkler yesterday and today’s MWF started working on it’s own again.
@Shanee , I resubmitted a log and made sure the “send log” option was selected. The number is 520526. My sprinkler schedule is still not running and now it says the device is offline.

@Shanee Is there any update on this? Our sprinkler system hasn’t worked since 1.0.7 came out, which was shortly after we bought it. The scheduled watering don’t happen and we can’t use the Quick Run feature. Our only option is to turn them on and off manually. I am about ready to just send it back.
@Melody We are releasing a full beta on Wednesday, which anyone can join (go to the 2.29 Wyze app > Account tab > About > Beta Program > Enroll and select Sprinkler).
In the meantime you can submit a log and provide the # here so I can add you to the whitelist today. You’ll still need to enroll in beta^

@PeterF Our cloud engineer believes the algorithm decided not to run due to Weather Skips or Smart Schedule.
If that was the case, Weather Skips have a threshold you can adjust for each parameter, and Smart Schedule runs if the soil moisture is below a threshold.
@ywijting I hate to mention this, did you try unplugging and replugging, or deleting and re-adding a schedule?
@jessiegray0725 Could you check your WiFi strength and if network is 2.4GHz? I’m also sanity checking since it’s going offline.
yesterday was the last day of my winter schedule, and today my spring schedule was scheduled to start, but I did not see a notification of my spring schedule starting nor do I see my spring schedule watering in the “most recent watering” record of wyze.
the problem that everybody seems to be having is yet to be fixed even on beta 1.0.8.

Im still on 1.0.7 with the free sprinkler plus, i have it going everyday (not ideal) for a short amount of time. It started the month watering only a few zones on what seemed like random days, but now after the 8th, it has been watering all 8 zones everyday.
Ideally i would like to change it to every other day and remove sprinkler plus, but im afraid to mess with it.
