Can't get sprinkler schedule to work

I would encourage to try and get to a support level where they are reviewing logs you provide. To me this still sounds like a weird connectivity issue that some others have experienced as well.

Default schedule not running

since last Thursday the default schedule is not triggering. there are no smart skips in effect. any ideas why this might be and how to get it back working? my plants and trees are suffering here in the desert southwest!
