I can’t log into my app due to authorization, the secondary number I used is no longer available. Then I try to call their customers service and I am hold 40 mins. I can’t create a new account because my base station is locked to my old account which cannot access. Help!!!

For the Wyze Cam Outdoor Basestation, you MUST access the old the account in order to use it again. Without that the device is locked forever. Can you not access it through the email account in some way? Wyze can usually send a password reset to the email account to reset the Wyze account password.
If you are saying accessing the old email is impossible in all circumstances, there is nothing Wyze can do for you. The Basestation will be locked forever.
