Why can’t I have Home Monitoring and Cam Protect on at least 1 camera? I would like to try the facial recognition but I can’t since I’m subscribed to Home Monitoring. Is this going to be fixed later on or at least add facial recognition to Home Monitoring.

Yes, Wyze has said in the past that they intend to try to make them compatible, and regardless of that, they have also said that they intend to add “Friendly Faces” detection to regular Cam Plus in the future anyway. So either way, there should come a time when you’ll be able to have face recognition while having Home Monitoring, but Wyze hasn’t given us a timeline for that yet.
