Is it possible to erase the 33 hours of video from Cam Plus that I’ve accumulated? It is taking up a crazy amount of space and I don’t need it! Would love to reset without having to cancel and go through all that!
There is one option to this, and while I recommend not bothering, I’ll tell you how to do it if you want:

Go to the Events tab at the bottom of the screen:

Select the edit icon in the top right of the screen:

Then you can select “Select All” at the top right:

Then select the delete option at the bottom right:

Repeat that for every day in the last 2 weeks until you remove everything. Then continue to repeat this every day.
I wouldn’t worry about it though. Cloud videos shouldn’t be taking up any space on your phone, they are stored on Amazon’s servers in the cloud where Wyze rents out the storage space from. It shouldn’t affect you in any way…deleting these videos early (they are automatically deleted once they are more than 14 days old anyway) won’t reduce your costs or affect your devices in any way. But if you really want to do it, that is how to do so.

Yes, that should be taking up any space on your phone, and erasing the current videos will not reset the overall counter. Every 2 weeks everything is erased from the cloud, but the counter marches on. The counter just tells you how much Cam Plus has done for you. It doesn’t reflect what is currently saved on your device.

I know how to do all that, it’s the Cam Plus video I’m talking about! I’m not worrying about the 2week video since you are correct and it doesn’t take up much space! I would like to delete the years worth of video totaling 33hrs of video and over 6000 vehicles detected. This is what’s taking up space and I’d love to delete it but it’s impossible! Thank you anyhow

Those are the cloud events. Most of those don’t exist anymore, and what does is stored in the cloud. You don’t need to delete it
