Also tagging @Mods and @Mavens here. We fixed some issues like default Cam Plus Lite settings after the feedback from last week when we made the cloud changes that switched Events to thumbnails unless Cam Plus Lite (or Cam Plus) were enabled and set to record videos.

EDIT: If you are having trouble switching your cameras from thumbnails to videos in Camera Settings > Event Recording > Recording Type, please make sure you assigned the cameras to Cam Plus Lite!
To do this, go into Account > Services > Scroll left or right to Cam Plus Lite in the list of services at the top > Assign cameras.
I don’t know what happened but I have what I think is cam plus light(I’ve had the cams for a while and paid to keep events). About an hour ago all I have now in the events are thumbnails on three of my cameras.
@UserCustomerGwen I also just bought a new wyze cam 3 and activated the cam plus free trial. Did this overwrite my cam plus light account on all three of my other cams? I need to get this fixed!
@UserCustomerGwen Those setting are set to image but when I try and select video the modal for purchasing cam plus comes up with $19.99 or $1.99 even though I have a cam plus light account.
@UserCustomerGwen could the issue be that I activated a free trial to regular cam plus from a new camera I bought over the weekend? I’m still using three others that need the cam plus light account so I can view the video events like I have been doing for the previous years I’ve been using the wyze cams.
If that is an issue, it’s a bug for sure. Could you please check in the Services area of the Account tab in the Wyze app to make sure that your Cam Plus Lite subscription is assigned to those cameras?
@UserCustomerGwen this is all that is showing up. As I mentioned I got a new cam this weekend and activated the free trial to cam plus. My cam plus lite subscription is not showing up
In this case, please contact the support team. They have access to subscription areas that I don’t have access to and they’ll be better equipped to help you out. I was able to find the cam plus lite section by scrolling the list to the left. I added two of my cameras to my account but another one will not connect:
I had the same issue today. Just fixed it. Can you scroll to the right passed the sprinkler plus? Should be a cam plus lite. My boxes were unchecked for some reason.
@UserCustomerGwen that camera has always been on the cam plus lite plan. It is an old cam. I purchased one wyze cam 3 this weekend that is on a cam plus free trial. All of my other cams including the one that will not connect have been working on the cam plus lite plan until this morning.
@UserCustomerGwen that support link you sent does not even have a place to enter support for wyze cam v2 that ins’t a pan. Is there no support for v2 cams?
