I purchased Cam Plus unlimited via the site. My cameras only records about 20 seconds and have like a hour cooldown period. Some cameras I can’t find option for “no cooldown”. Any solution to this??

For Cam Plus there is no cool down, it should be recording all motion to the cloud, depending on your detection and event recording settings.

Just to clarify, Cam Plus doesn’t [currently] record continuously 24/7 (if you need continuous recording, you will need to use an SD card). Cam Plus will only record when sufficient movement (pixel changes determined by your detection sensitivity setting) is detected within your set detection zone. So if there is movement at 1pm for 20 seconds and then no more movement in view for another hour, it won’t record anything else for another hour. But What Cam Plus should do it make it so that as long as there is [enough] movement in view, it will always record. If there is movement for 15 minutes straight, then it will record the entire 15 minutes (it will break up the video into 5 minute sections, but it will record for 15 minutes straight. There should be no cooldown at all.
If you think it is not working right, I would reaching out to support so they can walk through the settings with you, run some tests and make sure they get you set up right. They are there to help with exactly things like this so you have have a good experience. Alternatively, you can take screenshots of your camera settings and post them here and some of us will be willing to give you suggestions.
