At Wyze, we listen closely to our customers so that we can deliver on our promise to make the best products at the lowest possible price. Over the last year, we’ve delivered on a number of customer requests, including Alexa Integration, Alert Scheduling, Alert Video Thumbnails, and more.
One of the most common requests we get is to make a black Wyze Cam. This is actually a lot harder than it sounds.
We’re able to make Wyze Cam so affordable because we operate an extremely efficient supply chain. Any change to the product causes extra steps to the manufacturing process that increases the cost. Since we sell Wyze Cam at the lowest possible price, any increase in our manufacturing costs would require us to raise the price.
However, in the spirit of the season, we wanted to offer this limited edition Wyze Cam Black to our truest fans.
Nice color option. I solve my cam color issues with a $1 marks-a-lot. Black, green, brown, blue depending on where its placed to blend in with the surrounding colors like on a black shelf, next to brown nic-naks, inside a green plant, etc… Its easy to change colors if the cam is moved.
What time on Black Friday will these be available? For sale on Black Friday is somewhat ambiguous in today’s market place. Is that 10 PM on the 22nd? 12:01 AM on the 23rd? 8 AM on the 23rd? Retailers “define” BF a bit differently. Don’t want to miss out
