App & Firmware updates - Released 3/23/2026

App no longer allows delete. 3.11 version on Android. Please roll back this code until it has been fully tested and works.

I am able to delete multiple Cloud Event videos in App version 3.11.0.758. The shell of the deleted Events remain, but toggling to the previous day and then back to the current seems to refresh and complete the delete.

Mass video delete not working

So all of a sudden I can’t mass-delete videos anymore. I hit the “Select All” button and it does, but they won’t delete. I have to do them individually. I tried to uninstall-reinstall the app twice and made sure everything was up to date. I just invested the money for the home monitoring but this is making me wonder if I should send it all back for a refund! Anybody have any ideas? This is what it looks like after I delete everything.

Thank you in advance!

Having the same problem. I can select 3 recordings and delete will work, but 4+ or select all will fail to delete.

Because you described uninstalling and reinstalling the app (which would mean that you should have the most recent app version described in this announcement topic), my idea was to move your topic (and @Dirtdog’s reply) to this one for better visibility to Wyze.

My other idea is to reproduce the issue, submit a log from the app, and then share the Log ID in this topic as a pointer to Wyze for data to investigate this issue.

Welcome to the Forum, @triggerpeople!

Log# 2271883 submitted after uninstall and reinstall. Still having the issue.

Thank you. We’re seeing other reports of this, so another volunteer has pinged someone at Wyze to increase awareness. We’re waiting on an answer.

Events Select all

Events “select all” doesn’t work and locks up app

If this is a new experience, then please share your exact app version. What you’re describing may be related to discussion in App & Firmware updates - Released 3/23/2026.

3.11.0.758 I think - not easy to locate.

Thank you for sharing that! For future reference, you should be able to find the app version on Android in at least 2 ways:

  1. From the Wyze app’s  Home screen, tap  Account ➜ About.
  2. From your Android device’s home screen, long-press the Wyze app launcher icon, then tap  App info. The bottom of the App info screen should show the app version. You may need to swipe and tap to expand the Advanced section or something else in order to see the full contents of that screen.

Select all and cancel does not work

Deleting all has not been working the last few days. You can select each clip individually and it seems to work that way, but something has definitely changed.

App Ver, 3.11.0.758

I have 3.11.0 (758) and have the same issue as well. Sometimes ‘select all’ works but ‘delete’ does not. Other times “select all” or ‘cancel’ do nothing. Updates seem to be downgrades a lot of the time.

Just as an FYI….I’m on Version 3.11.0 (6) on IOS and the select and delete all seems to work as it always has for me. No changes from before version 3.11 was just installed. Maybe it’s just an Android version issue? Just for added info… I have one V3 Camera and one V3 Pan Cam, that have both been updated to latest firmware.

I’m using version 4.50.1 and am having the same issue. This was not a problem until the lastest update just recently. I am able to manually select each video but unable to use the select all option. It usually results in the app locking up.

I can no longer log in to the app.

It sends me through the auth flow and then goes to oops something went wrong / check service status…

Nevermind, not related to the update, related to a small service outage on 3/26/26

What the heck, Wyze?! Why didn’t you tell us about the Reorder button in the Release Notes?!

In Android app v3.11.0.758 I’m now seeing this  Reorder button at the far right end of the icon strip (“menu bar”) below the live view pane for certain Cams (e.g., Solar Cam Pan, Bulb Cam, Battery Video Doorbell, Cam v4, Cam Pan v4, Cam Pan v3) but not others (e.g., Cam OG and Cam-OG-based Cams, like Window Cam). I can use this to do things like drag the Siren button out of the way so it’s less likely to be hit accidentally, as requested in topics like these:

:exploding_head:

The developers need to get on the stick and supply better information in the Release Notes so that cool new things like this aren’t tucked away for users to discover on their own. When you add something useful like this that people have been requesting for a while, you should tell your users about it!

I want to reorder the Reorder button.

Same. :grin::+1:
