Nice! I’ve been there once… talk about a rough support experience. Alexa support is not nearly as easy as Amazon returns.

Same issue here, Since yesterday 4/17 none of my Echo devices can show me my Wyze cams. It’s really annoying since I use one as a baby monitor. I hope they fix this asap. I also unlinked and relinked the Wyze skill several times in the Alexa app, but it’s just a waste of time.

I’m in the same boat as @wunderkitten since I use my cams to monitor my daughters and my garage. How long will we have to wait for that? Now I wish I had gone all Google Home products :frowning:

It’s 1:38am and I just checked my Echo Show and the cams are working :slight_smile:

Wyze I beg you, please please give us an updated bug/issue status page so we don’t spend two days deleting and reenabling trying to self fix the issue and making things worse.

I agree. Why have a status page if you are not going to use it. It is the first place that I look before going down the rabbit hole of troubleshooting, chatting with tech-support, etc. PS - things are also working normally for me now
