Android app - sound issue with bluetooth earphones

I’ve had this issue for about a year, maybe more.
S23 Ultra.

Pan Cam
Multiples of all the cameras.

Audio will not okay through Bluetooth. With the low quality that the audio is already it makes it even more difficult through the phones speaker.

Android -Samsung 8. Same issie but No sound out of any of my cams for 1 and a half years. Multiple tickets?. Phone calls receive excuses on calls. Supposedly to get s return call. Never happens, just ignored. Or told please provide ticket numbers, everytime i submit a ticket/s. To once again ignored. You submit, resubmit and resubmit all ticket numbers over and over and over only to be ignored. Calls again will receive call ba k from tech department. Never happens. No sound out of any cams:

None on bluetooth.
I own several cameras
They refuse to fix this issue. I have literally been ignored for over a year and half so i have been replacing with other wireless cams slowly.
I use to love wyze 3 or 4 years back. My dog 6.5 lb pomeranian was abused by a roommate because i did not have sound. If i woud have had sound i could have stopped it. I feel it is important that android users understand there is no sound so if they want sound get something ekse.

SAME ISSUE ON Android Samsung 8 for over year and a half.

HAVE NO SOUND.

NO sound on bluetooth on any cam and only very LOW SOUND on the old
Wyze cam 2 AND ONLY IF NOT ON BLUETOOTH.
WYZE cam 2-no sound
Wyze pan 2-No sound at all
Wyze pan 3-NO Sound AT all

I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE TICKETS OVER THIS TIme frame. When follow up told to provide ticket numbers only to be ignored once again. I have called . Again told would provide info to tech team and they will call me back. NOTHING.

They will not help resolve the issue. It is not my phone or on my end. The cams have no sound on live viewing.

They use to be great but they just ignore major issues. I have had at least 7 updates since and it has not been fixed to date it is happening on a samsung 23. A lot of people have complained. I feel a need to inform amazon customers not to purchase for Androids if they want sound as i wasted my monies on several cameras to later have no sound on anything. I do use bluetooth so it is important to work with bluetooth and bo bluetooth but they do not work even without bluetooth. I have slight sound when bluetooth is off but only on the older Wyze cam 2. I have tried to get it resolved submitting multiple tickets but all my tickets ignored? They know there is an issue but they ignore it. I made Calls into them and resubmit ticket numbers to their request and all ignored once again. All were and are ignored throughout this year and a half. I would not have invested hundreds if would have known i would have no sound.

I hope they fix this but i am replacing wyze so i have sound to make sure my dog is ok. If i could have heard my dog was being abused it would have only happened once as i would have saved my dog. A 6.5 lb sweet timy dog. If you cannot hear,it is not security for inside your home. It could have been a child. Many updates over this time frame, Still not fixed!

It’s the end of 2024 and issue still persists. I have s22 Ultra and everything is up to date. All Wyze firmware is up to date. This happens on my Wyze pan cam v2’s and Wyze cam v3’s. I don’t think wyze is every going to fix the Bluetooth Audio issue. It may be time to look for a new company to buy cameras from.
