My cams etc are working! However, my phone goes ding,but I can’t go to the app and view the vid(?)

I have some still showing offline and some showing dead battery. Pan can still down. Showing offline
I ‘think’ most of my cameras have come back online but there are no events showing now. For any camera for any of the past 2 wks either.
Has everyones events come back?

My video doorbell pro still says trouble connecting to internet. It was connected at 5 and 6 cst. Now says to move chime. I spent all afternoon reconnecting devices and now this.
Both chime and doorbell appear connected on device page. Won’t show live camera.

How far away is the chime from the doorbell?

On app, chime show three bars connect. Doorbell shows 2.

Is there an easy way to move it closer and see if it does make any difference? It shouldn’t if it was working before but I am unsure what else to do off the top of my head.
Yes, but then chime is getting farther from router. Does that impact situation?

I appreciate your help. I’m not happy w the camera as it s now. Has only worked a couple of weeks since this issue.

It could but hopefully, your router still picks it up. Did this issue start today when we had the outage or was it happening before?
Pan cam v2 remains offline after power cycling. Are services expected to be restored by now or is something else wrong?

Have you or are you able to power cycle the cam? Not an app reset but actually remove power.
This issue has been going on for at -least two weeks and I have tried everything also I tried ,logging out of my account and starting fresh, it would not let me i feel easily really bad since I have recommended Wyze products to many people and was hoping in the future to have my own security company and use Wyze as a starting point
I’m still partially down on east coast.
The ones that went down never started again.
Restarted, power cycle etc
