Is there another server issue going on because all my camera’s are offline right now. I’ve tried rebooting my cable modem and wireless router and each camera. Error code 90.
All mine are working both locally (LAN) and on smartphone with WiFi OFF so through the internet too…
Well, now only one of 10 cameras is working. My internet is fine.
Everything is working now. That was odd. But my floodlight wouldn’t give me the option turn off the floods, so I turned off the power to it several times before it got right. Very odd!
I am still experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with some devices on the webview, so I believe there are some residual effects still, but things are mostly working well for me now.
Glad it wasn’t just me and my equipment.
Yeah, it’s not just you. I’ll keep an eye on it tonight and tomorrow and maybe reboot some of my cameras later, but I’m sure things will get back to normal since they noticed the issue and worked on it and most people are fully restored to normal already.
Reginal Outage?
Mine were working normal when I posted earlier?
It was definitely a limited outage. I never had everything down. Most of my stuff worked fine, especially through the app, but there were some issues to Google, Alexa and Webview, but even with those, some of my cameras still worked. So I think it was just limited glitching, and not wide-spread.
My cameras constantly go offline. Internet is working fine. I wish Wyze would focus more on improving their existing products instead of putting so much time and effort into new products. I’m hesitant to purchase anything new and toss what I have in the garbage because they never seem to work right anymore. Very frustrating.
All my cameras were turned off seemingly on their own. I was able to manually turn them back on, and I had to go into each other one to reconfigure some of the settings like event detection.
I have Wyze cam V2, v3, 1st gen Outdoor wireless, and the 1st gen pan zoom cam.
Mine randomly went offline this morning & I have yet to get it restarted. Next step, I guess, is to use the reset button on the camera itself. One problem after another w them lately.
Might even have to unplug them and plug them back in.
I have bought three wise V3 cams in the past year and a half. Two of them have gone offline and I have not been able to reconnect even after doing multiple factory resets. These cameras are crap I will never buy another wise camera and they are not worth the hassle of returning. Dealing with support is time consuming and disappointing…
Are you sure is the cameras? I have six v3’s and one v4 and the only time they go offline is when there is an issue with the internet.
There appears to be no problem with my internet. I have one V3 that is working fine.
Exactly my point.
And I have over a dozen cameras from Wyze and more often than not, have had issues with them. Draw your own conclusions.
