I think it may be a phased implementation and depend on which server you happen to hit, but that’s just speculation on my part. Some other users in Wyze web live - WHAT HAPPENED? are reporting that they aren’t yet seeing the change on some PCs. 
I also haven’t seen the new UI show up when I’ve logged in, for whatever that’s worth.
