The add camera button on my app is not working after the latest update. Can someone help? Has anyone else experienced this?
I almost ordered a new video doorbell from Wyze, but holding off till my app is sorted out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice now, no dice.
All I can think of is clearing the app cache.
Maybe the man with many devices can help. @carverofchoice

Android: v2.50.1 (441)
iOS: v2.50.0 (14)
And confirm you’re talking about the big + symbol in the upper left corner of the main (home) screen?
Thanks for the suggestion, just cleared the cache on the app and the add button on Add Camera “+” is still gray and not click-able.
No I wasn’t. It was the + button on the group screen. I just did it from the main home screen as you mentioned. I think that did the trick. The camera is now updating to the latest version. Will post again when it’s working. Thanks so much! Mucho appreciation.
That did it! I can see it now! Appreciate all the help. Now to order the Wyze Doorbell camera and chime. Any thoughts or that product? I have 8 cameras around the house and patio areas now, the doorbell will be the 9th. Thanks for all the help again.
I like my old fashion doorbell just fine and a V3 Pro camera is watching the front door so I do not have a WYZE doorbell of any flavor. Maybe you can make another post and ask which video doorbell is suited for your home since it depends on many things.
