Please help. We are locked out of all our accounts on WYZE apps on IOS iPhone and iPad. We tried changing passwords. The error message says we tried 5 times but we didn’t. It came up on the first try. Please help.

Contacting Support is the correct course of action here, but just one question, you are locked out of multiple accounts? Or is it an account that is used on multiple devices? What error code or message are you seeing?

error message says “account locked more than 5 tries wait 15 minutes “ so we waited and tried again and it said the same message.

Are you using a VPN? Try a disabling it and using a diffrent network.
Are you getting the same error when trying to login and when changing your password?
