Trouble logging to an account

For a few days I’m having trouble logging into my account. Any advice how to fix it? Thank you!

Well, not enough to go on. But we the customer generally don’t have a lot of tools to “fix an account”.
When you do get in, what’s the problem? Generally, when we can’t get in at all, its an Internet problem, or a problem “not getting to their servers, but their servers are down” and we have to wait until they get them fixed.

But most of us “get in” once every few months or longer, and we stay logged in, because we don’t log out. I think most of us are not using two factor to get in. If you are, you might try turning that off.

Things you should try.

  1. Use same phone/tablet, create a new account. Just make one and log in. Working? I’d encourage you to take one of your already connected devices and add it again to your network on this new account. The close and open the app again. Everything okay?
