I noticed today that even selecting individual events to be deleted has gotten flaky. 
It appears that the Select All > Delete issue has been resolved. That said, no more than 20 events can be deleted at a time, so multiple Select All > Delete actions are required.
Well that didn’t last: The Select All > Delete isn’t working again. 
This app bites.
If you’re using the β app, then have you tried the newer RC release? If you use that app version and continue to experience the issue, then I’d recommend reproducing the issue and then immediately submitting an app log, then post about it in the RC topic and include the Log ID in your post.
