@john20
I am sorry this is happening. When you worked with support did they give you a ticket number? If this happens again can you also do a log right after and post the log number here.
have sent several logs from the last occurrences.
They mail me a new unit I guess assuming something is bad with the current
The thing that gets me is that the zone that remains on is not the same as the previous occurrence.

Probably not convenient, but if you can catch a sprinkler zone running when it’s not programmed to be on, use a multi-meter and check to see that the timer is putting out 24ish volts AC on that zone that’s running. It’s possible that your problem could be in your valves, not turning off when they’re supposed to, but you say it’s not the same zone that’s running when it’s not supposed to?
I have this same problem on latest firmware with all zones and multiple controllers not a valve issue as I put my old controller back and it works correctly
Seems it’s the bug introduced in firmware 1.0.7 that is still not resolved in 1.0.10. Is there anyway to roll back firmware to 1.0.4
Any help with this issue? I just got the wyze sprinklers and am running into the exact same issue. The only way to turn off the sprinklers is to cut power to the controller.
I am also on fw1.0.11
