I have a WyzeCam V3 with spotlight, and the spotlight won’t turn off. It is on 24 hr per day. I have unplugged the camera. Reset the camera, changed firmware. I don’t know what else to do. Any ideas?

Same here. Happened after the latest firmware update. Submitted a log, but haven’t heard back yet.
OK, sorry you have this problem also, but at least we have an idea what happened.

No still no luck.
Mine was actually off when I woke up this morning. However, I still can’t access it in under “accessories”. Nothing continues to happen when I try and select it.
Mine is only off if I remove the power, it is annoying. I have no idea what is wrong.
OK fixed it by replacing the spotlight I was worried when it updated the firmware of the device, but it now shows on the play screen, and can be turned on and off.
