WYZECAM V3 “VIEW PLAYBACK” NOT RECORDING
I do have PLUS and a MICRO SD
This has started since the last update
All settings for recording are set correctly
multiple cams have had this issue (3 of 8) at varying times - never together
net speed 400 MBPs
tried a card change (and mfg change)
cam ver 220.127.116.11
Wyze app ver 2.23.21
Anyone having to RESTART their WCV3 cams to get the “VIEW PLAYBACK” to record? I have had to RESTART several cams several times to get the VIEW PLAYBACK option to show/get anything to record.
The “View Playback” is specifically for the SD card. You might want to try a different card since some them corrupt easily. You could also try to reformat it in the camera. Not sure why restarting the camera would make any difference. You might also have a slow network connection causing issues.
“last update” does not tell us what version you have. List the version of the app and the version of FW on the cameras please.

I noticed tonight when I went to check playback on one of my v3 cams that stopped recognizing the SD card at some point. I am on an iPhone 12 pro, which is on FW 14.1
I have the same Samsung sd card in all of my v3 devices, so I checked the others cams which also could not playback.
