I have been using the Pan cam and the first version of the V2 cam for a couple of months on RTSP.
I was a bit disappointed because of frequent drop outs of the stream.
I recently purchased a newer V2 cam and found the RTSP firmware has been updated for the newer version (I guess slight hardware changes).
Once I loaded the newer firmware to the newer v2 can I found that with weaker signals I had NO more stream drop outs. I loaded the latest versions to the pan cam and the older v2 cam and now they all stream very reliable connections.
RTSP is actually fully functional for me now!
