Wyze White Bulbs No Longer On The App

Has the Wyze white bulbs been dropped from the app? I had 8 Wyze white bulbs with routines dropped. I went to added them back when I noticed, that the Wyze white bulbs are are no longer on the add device list.

I just went to my phone to shut off three lights before going to bed and the devices have disappeared, They were there earier today when I turned them on, What’s up WYZE??

I see a bunch of people reporting the same thing on here, Reddit and Discord. It happened to lots of people all at once. Must be a server thing.

I messaged someone at Wyze, but it’s the middle of the night, so we may not know anything until business hours.

Same issue here. All of my bulbs are set to turn off automatically and I realized they were all still on an hour after the automation. Major first world problem but still annoying when you’re about to fall asleep and have to get up to turn off all the lights.

Same here. I know its not the end of the world but when EVERYTHING in my home is WYZE smart, it doesnt feel good when it goes down.

Also having issue. I have 1 color bulb and 2 white bulbs not responding. They show off but are actually on. Ive cycle power to them to get them reset but they stay unresponsive. I will unscrew them and see what that does.

Same issue as well—went to turn off my lights before bed, and none of the original Wyze Bulbs or Wyze Bulb White devices are showing up. Really hope this is just a glitch and is fixed soon.

It’s back on and the 2019 white bulb can be added to devices now. Strange how it’s the only type affected. A year ago most of my white bulbs stopped working after a firmware update and yesterday they were just removed altogether. If they’re gonna sunset the product just push out an email so we’re prepared. Don’t have us figure out the bulbs don’t work anymore as we’re going to bed.

I got rid of my Wyze White last night. Not replacing it with a color bulb. I am done with them.

Fixed it by deleting bulbs off app and added them back. Didnt take long but still wanting to know why they wouldnt reconnect.

I just waited til morning and voila everything went back to like it never happened.
