Why do I get this error randomly between other events that show correctly. My internet is not failing and if I view the event on the APP it is also shown correctly.
That usually means the clip had issues uploading. Keep in mind it isn’t just internet, your wifi connection to the cam comes into play too. Not just signal strength, but signal quality and usable bandwidth. Does it seem to be when there are several events close together? The cam may get “behind” trying to upload them over a slow connection and eventually has to drop one.

What browser are you using? I’ve seen this recently when trying to view Cam Pan v4 events in Firefox on Windows, but I don’t recall specifically seeing this with regular Cam v4 in Web View.
If it plays back fine in the app then yeah it isn’t connection related, I wasn’t aware you had already tested that.
