I have been having an issue today where my webview is not working for MOST events recorded the past day. Now a few will work, but it is not consistent. I have tried logging in with other computers in my house and am having the same issue. I have tried using the android app on my phone and the videos appear fine. Any thoughts? I have tried different web browsers as well and still no luck.
My best guess would be that there is an issue with Wyze servers. As I mentioned in another thread (see below), I can’t replicate the issue on both Safari and Chrome on Mac OS.
You should be aware that Web View in general and not only events is heavily dependent on Wyze servers.
This is a wyze server issue. you can view the events in the app… just use the events in web view, write down the time and camera, then pick up your phone and view it there. Why would this be a problem? (satire)

Hey WYZE - what’s up? Do you need a log file? oh wait - there’s no choice to submit a log file for this. It does tell you to check your internet connection… ( checks internet connection - yup it’s there. I’m even typing this on it!)- just this one little piece of the wyze app that’s failing…
Meanwhile - they are happy to announce a PRO cams unlimited - where you can search these events and have them not play back either…
