Hi, we signed up for Cams Unlimited and having a really bad problem with Wyze Web Live. We keep getting this error:
"Web Connection Failed
Please check your Internet connection. If
issues persist, update device firmware via
the Wyze app and reboot the device.
Reconnect"
We have updated the firmware. Tried in incognito mode. Tried Edge and Chrome, and none of it works. It works fine on our iPhones but not on the portal. Wife and I have tried it from different locations (our work) and nothing.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
