My Wyze watch stopped sending data to wyze app for the last 4 days , no steps no sleep, I tried all rebooting repairing clearing the memory all that failed…. any help

You’re positive this started only recently? What you’re describing seems very similar to something other users (including me) reported after the beginning of April this year:

This just started after a very fast sync the sleep data
wasn’t updated since Non 10.

I’m still in the 1 April 2025 club, as I noted previously. That’s apparently the last date my own Watch 47 sync’d any data to the Wyze cloud, and I wear the thing constantly unless it’s charging (maybe once a week or so).
For whatever it’s worth, users in another topic have reported no data synchronizing from 10 November 2025 or even sometime in October. I still don’t know what’s going on and haven’t seen any solution from Wyze since the issue was first raised with them months ago.
Since Wyze doesn’t seem to care about this issue, can anybody recommend a better product?
After I went through six Wyze watches and two Wyze bands, I gave up and bought a Fitbit. I liked the Wyze watches but they were too short lived for me.
This same issue just started happening to me on November 10th, 2025 and it is as exactly as described in the earlier posts.
I did all the troubleshooting. I factory reset the watch, I resynced the Bluetooth, I uninstalled and reinstalled the Wyze app, and I even tried it on a different phone. Nothing worked.
The problem is the watch will sync today’s step count, but will not keep it in historical records. The historical records stopped on November 10th.
And I still don’t see any solution in sight!
Same here. No sleep data or steps recorded since November 10. Last day was November 9th.
support is worthless, many people have the same issue and wyze is sleeping at the weel, they do not care
nov 10 is the key…wyze screwed something up and they refuse to fix it
My last Sync was Nov 9th also.
the rest of the data except sleep and heart rate stopped transfer. It’s there. On my watch. It is being measured and recorded.
watch syncs but does not transfer.
reported this to Wyze and sent logs but no reply.
I doubt anyone from Wyze will read this or respond either.
I think that you are correct, Customer service does not exist in most companies these days including wyze of course
I just bought a Pixel Watch 4. It has FitBit software which syncs perfectly. I can see my history going back 6 weeks when I bought it.
The Pixel Watch 4 charges very fast. I can go from 0% to 80% in 25 minutes. I get 2 to 3 days between charges. I have screen always on but I do turn the watch off at night because I don’t like anything on my wrist when I sleep.
I will admit, I may be happy with the Pixel Watch 4 because I have a Pixel 6 Pro phone and the two seem to work well together.
I am having the same issue. Tracking data is showing up on my phone, and in the app Activity screen. However, if I select an individual tracked item (sleep, steps, etc.) there is no daily data, or weekly data, after 11/10/25.
Can everyone having this issue tell me what app version they are on?
Also, please submit a log and post the log number here.
