Wyze watch stopped sending data to my wyze app no steps so sleep

If the stupid app would let me

Just submitted another log and it’s 2096793

And found the App version in About and it’s 3.8.7(3) on iPhone.

I did speak with support about this and they weren’t much help but sent me a $10 gift card for being persistent.

I’ve deleted app, hard reset watch and tried syncing it to a new account. Nothing works.

Watch records all the sleep and HR data etc and also looks like it syncs but no data is recorded in the app. Last data was Nov 9th.

hope this helps.

@WyzeJasonJ….

Does this mean you are looking at the issue from a Wyze Support Team perspective ?

I really would like to get it transferring my health data.

thx.

I think he’s collecting debug logs to pass to developers, bypassing support.

I’m having the same issue. Last day I have data is November 9. I called support, They put me on hold for 20 minutes. They came back to the call to let me know they were talking to advanced support. I was on hold another 20 minutes. When they finally got back to the call, they told me the problem is with my watch, not the app. I ordered a new in the box watch from an individual that had one for sale. I will update my post when I get the new watch.

So all of are watches stopped data logging on the same exact days…but its the watch…funny

Has anyone tried to downgrade to the Wyze app version prior to Nov 10th? That could at least rule in/out app changes, although it seems unlikely to be the cause. I say unlikely because when I searched Google AI for app updates on Nov 9th or Nov 10th, it said none occurred…

I checked too… nov 14th was latest update

I installed the version just prior to Nov 10th, released Nov 3rd I think. No change. Source was APKMirror. Now trying version from Sept with nearly 700 downloads (vs. about 100 for other versions). Stand by.

No joy. The version I just tried is 3.7.8.702, versionCode 62402.

Activity tracking is DOA.

Wyze, you need to fix this issue. It’s NOT the watches b/c there are far too many that all quit saving data on the exact same day after long, long histories of success.

Fix it, or I’ll buy a different watch and abandon Wyze products. You’re move.

P.S., Fitbit Versa 4 watch is on sale Black Friday (today) for $119. I bet they have better support than this.

Wyze stopped to sync steps, sleep data from Wyze watch 47 to Wyze app around 9nov2025. No historical health data is syncing from 9nov2025 onwards.

After repeated calls they want to send a refund if you purchased the watch in last 12 months. This level of lack is service is frustrating. Wyze should fix their software.

My watch also stopped sending data to my phone on Nov 9, 2025. So clearly not a phone or wifi issue. This is an app issue, I suspect. Wyze isn’t going to do anything about it, as they are out of the watch business. Time to move on from Wyze, they are eroding their once good product reputation.

This has happened to my watch as well, on the same day as the OP!

Odd, I dumped Fitbit after my wife and I saw 3 of them die within weeks of the warranty expiring. I went to Wyze, but I’m going to move on to Samsung renewed from Amazon. Life expectancy of any ‘smartwatch’ is max 4 years on average.

wyze is sleeping they do not give a care

I sent an email to Dave Crosby. Found his email on the intraweb. Doubt he will respond but as an original customer when they first launched I’m hoping he still reads his email and takes note.

Well, not that it helps anything, but I can confirm that I’m having the exact same problem. My heart rate will show what it recorded minutes ago but when I check my data nothing is there since November 10th. Which is extremely frustrating because I’ve been having heart issues and I’ve been wanting to track it and I can’t now. Obviously I’m not using my wyze watch for health data tracking. I’m actually getting a heart monitor on Friday but I want to check it when I feel palpitations until then and that’s when it occurred to me. That’s not saving any of my data for my sleep or anything else since November 10th

In addition, I cannot submit any logs, nothing happens

Looks like it’s time to ask for a pixel watch for Christmas :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Lo, and behold! This feature is now working, partially at least, in my app. It appears to have started working on November 29th. There is a gap in the data, from November 11th to the 28th. Is anyone else seeing this on their devices?
