You lie to people for 30 days and then dont answer the phone. I get stuck talking to an Ai toaster after 30 days
I have more than 50,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel and I am going to let them all know what a scam this company is
Do you have a link or source to where you were told this?
To clarify, it sounds like you are saying that you believed you would get cam plus free forever (cloud event storage, AI detections, etc) as long as you only had 1 camera and that you would only have to pay for Cam Plus or Cam Unlimited if you got more than 1 camera. Do I understand you correctly? If not, can you clarify for me?
Note that you can use unlimited Wyze cameras for free without any subscription by having it record to the SD card instead of the cloud. Almost everyone in my family has a bunch of Wyze cameras without any subscription this way.
How long have you had the camera?
I like talking to support through email, but if you really prefer the phone, try calling in the late morning or early afternoon. Evenings are usually more busy after everyone gets off work.
