Wyze video doorbell pro won’t show live stream on the app

My Wyze video doorbell pro will not show live stream on the app. It does not send any notifications or allow me to view the livestream or any “events” that have happened. It goes through the 3 connections steps and just stalls on the 3rd step. It shows that the signal strength is full and the chime and notification still go off when the doorbell is pressed but no video at all. The byte rate shows 0KB/S. I’ve tried every trouble shooting suggestion on the website and nothing has worked.

This started happening after I charged it a few months ago but it came back after a day or two. This time it’s been over a week and still not working.

So under device info both the chime signal strength and the doorbell signal strength are strong?
Did you try a speedtest from your smartphone beside the doorbell?

Can you try bringing doorbell pro in the house near your chime and see if it works there?
Any chance you moved your chime to a different plug further from the door?

Yes both the chime and doorbell say they have full strength signal. The chime is directly behind the doorbell less than 5 feet away. It won’t work even when it’s sitting right next to the chime. We also have 3 other Wyze cameras in the house that work just fine.

I presume you have tried reset?

If this does not work them submit log file…
