Chime works but can't see in Wyze app on my phone

Doorbell chime works fine and the Doorbell Pro shows up in my app but can’t see anything as camera won’t connect. Using Errorcode is V22-20004.

Suggestions welcomed.

Sorry to hear of your issue, not knowing what troubleshooting steps you have done, you you tried pulling the chime from power for a minute or so and plugging it back in?

Heard from Wyze, turns out simple issue had to reboot router. Internet was working fine but once I rebooted router the Doorbell Pro camera worked properly.
