This camera is hardwired to a dedicated doorbell transformer. after approximately 4 months, the doorbell is now showing 12%. What’s up ??
If you see a Battery Percentage, that would imply that there may not be enough power for the Doorbell or possibly, one of the wires may be broken.
This is what it looks like when the Doorbell is connected to a power source. Notice the Battery with the Plug over it.
What does yours look like?
I would test the wires where the Doorbell is located, check the voltage.
This is the Transformer I purchased year ago and currently using it with my Doorbell Pro.

It is a faulty battery within the Video Doorbell Pro. I have the same issue.
Thank you for your input. I just checked my line voltage at the back of the DoorBell Pro, and I am sitting at 27.6 vdc. I still do not have a plug symbol over the battery . * Additionally, am do not have the HD in the square box. Thank you for any further help.

When you go through the setup, youay have been presented with how it is hooked up, wired or battery, so you call that?
If so, you should be able to go through the setup again and select wired and see if that helps.
Note: you do not need to delete it from your app as all of the rules and information will stay the same.
