So I just saved an event from my video doorbell to my phone / Google. I have a Pixel 5 which autiomatically uploads to google photos. The Video looks just as good as it does in the Event Viewer.
What type of device are you using?
it no point saving video if i cant tell person face after it
Its on any iOS ā¦ Iphone 6 8 11 and same on Ipad
I did check on android phone and it sure looks better ā¦

My videos save in high res to my iPhone. Very good quality.
There is a lot of trashing going on here. I have a fair amount of Wyze devices and all of them have worked as advertised.
The only one Iām a bit disappointed is with Wyze sense as connections are finicky but still worked.
I think the company and the products represent a great value for cost conscious customers, the other options have very limited US support and are highly segmented (big fan of Xiaomi )

looks to be its specific to CAMPuls clips ā¦ i can record Live from Doorbell and its fine (HD)
i can save on V3 cameras from LIve or View Playback (HD)
but saving from Events from Wyze server it drops to SD if not 480Pā¦ local stored events looks to be HD also
apparently its not a problem on my old android too ā¦

Happy with the doorbell. All is fine with the ap, but if I ask Alexa to show the doorbell, the image is sideways. All v2 cam dries work properly with Alexa. Anyone know how to rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise?

they need to address or at least acknowledge the code 06 07 and 09 errors on doorbell. having me uninstall reinstall logout log back in doesnāt accomplish anything their support team has no clue. when I have an issue with my internet and have to call in they assume that I didnāt turn it off and turn it back on before I calledā¦ I pretty much get harassed on emails telling me to upgrade and come back to cam Plus I already have it on my other cameras but refuse to get it for my doorbell as it is a waste of money and does not work

The Chromecast video feed is still rotated in my Chromecast with Google TV, is there any fix, or is Wyze aware of the issue and is working on a fix?
I gave my wyze away. Junk. Got the $59 ring that works as it should. I never got the wyze to connect to the chime. Worst purchase I made from them.

They seem to be the least care about the doorbell, 1 year past and still have a fatal flaw, Iām feeling betrayedā¦
I canāt believe Wyze has done nothing to fix the doorbell issues. The sideways picture through Amazon and Google and Chime does not connect. I hope no body is buying this item. Wyze rushed to put out a lot of poor quality, cheap items, just to make a buck. And with no support. Donāt buy anything except the cameras.
