I am extremely frustrated with Wyze’s customer support regarding my vacuum issue. Despite reaching out multiple times, you have failed to provide a solution or replacement for the broken dust bin, rendering the vacuum completely useless. Your offer of a $20 credit is laughable and does nothing to address the problem.
This isn’t about the warranty; it’s about your responsibility to support your customers. I am willing to pay for the replacement part, yet you refuse to assist. The vacuum is useless without a functioning dust bin, and your response shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
Your response that no replacement part is available and that the device is out of warranty is unacceptable. A product should not become worthless due to the unavailability of minor replacement parts. This is not the quality of service I expected from Wyze, and it reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.
I need resolution for this issue not giving me $20 - now I should buy brand new vacuum because a simple stupid problem??
Yeah a $20 credit should more than cover the full cost of a new dustbin and seems pretty generous for something out of warranty. I’ve never had a company offer me anything when something’s warranty expires. I wish more companies were that generous and flexible.

I understand it’s user to user forum and that my point was for customers to know the issues before buying a product that’s become useless when small thing break due to poor design and wyze which use to listen to customers and apply changes to their fault design, the vacuum I am have is Wyze Cordless Vacuum, the dust bin cover broke and the only way you close it is by tabe to not able to have replacement that mean the vacuum is useless unless I used tabe.
Well my issue is not about robot vacuum so to lecture me about generosity of giving me $20 you can keep it to yourself. I know the issue and what type of poor design it’s when you design a vacuum Wyze Cordless Vacuum and dust bin cover pin breaks that hold the vacuum close in order to vacuum then it becomes useless. I would pay Wyze $40 if they can send me replacement dust bin for that vacuum Wyze Cordless Vacuum and pass $20 toward you so you can use it
